– Run routine system health checks, and write down what broke (and how you fixed it, obviously)

What You Gotta Bring:

– Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or something similar (no, your cousin’s Netflix password doesn’t count as “tech experience”)
– You actually know your way around networking protocols and NOC stuff
