 Who do we actually want as a Business Setup Consultant?

– You’ve been around the block—at least 2 years working with UAE business setup (Mainland & Free Zone, not just one or the other).
– You can talk company formation, visa stuff, renewals, and you don’t get lost dealing with DED, DMCC, DIFC, TECOM, RAKEZ, and all those other UAE authorities. Basically, you know the system and how to work it.

Smart stuff you should know:

– UAE company laws, business structures—Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore. If this sounds like gibberish, maybe keep scrolling.
– You know MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, VAT reg, compliance stuff—not just the acronyms, but actually what they mean and how to deal with them.

Skills? Yeah, we need those:

– You talk the talk—great communicator, and you can actually sell without sounding like a robot.
– English is a must. Arabic? Even better.
