About the Role

As a Warehouse Assistant Jobs in Dubai, you will report to the Warehouse Manager and support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. You will assist with receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching event materials while ensuring accurate inventory management and compliance with safety regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with Warehouse Operations – Support receiving, organizing, and dispatching event equipment and materials.
• Maintain Accurate Inventory – Label and track all incoming and outgoing equipment to ensure up-to-date records.
• Support Procurement Coordination – Assist in preparing and tracking procurement requests for event materials.
• Ensure Equipment Maintenance – Check, clean, and report on the condition of all event equipment.
• Load & Unload Materials – Manage the movement of event-related items to and from the warehouse.
• Coordinate with Event Teams – Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and event teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Uphold Health & Safety Standards – Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with Supplier Coordination – Help with receiving and checking deliveries from suppliers.
• Prepare for Events – Pack and prepare equipment for transportation to event venues, ensuring all items are in working order.
• Support On-Site Logistics – Assist with event setup and breakdown when required.

About You

What You Need to Apply

✅ Proven experience as a Warehouse Assistant or in a similar logistics support role.

✅ Understanding of inventory tracking and warehouse management practices.

✅ Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (in line with safety standards).

✅ Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.

✅ Valid driver’s license preferred.

✅ Willingness to work flexible hours and assist with on-site event support when needed.
