Senior IT Support Engineer – Hiring Now

We are looking for a qualified Senior IT Support Engineer with strong technical knowledge of multiple platforms and exceptional troubleshooting skills. We expect the right candidate to possess a passion for providing excellent IT support on-site as well as remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end user support onsite and remotely
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Experience with RAID
• Experience with Windows Server Clustering
• Ability to troubleshoot iOS and Mac systems
• Ability to install and troubleshoot MS Office products
• Advanced troubleshooting of Outlook and other email systems
• Proficient in O365 Management Portal
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and OneDrive
• Experience with email hosting migrations and DNS and more newly created processes
• Ability to configure email accounts and Outlook on PCs and mobile devices.
