Important Tasks:

• Create exact and thorough cost projections for building projects including full breakdowns.
• Monitor cost performance and expenditures against the financial targets during a project
• Risk management evaluations and cost control measures
• Valuations, Variations and Final Account preparation
• Collaboration and communication with all team members, project managers of clients and/or subcontractors

Requirements

• Demonstrable Project Quantity Surveyor experience within UAE commercial construction
• Knowledge of market rates and construction activity within the region to manage scope and costs
• Graduated in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field available within the UAE
• Demonstrable analysis and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in software (AutoCAD, MS Office, Quantity Surveying Tools)
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced project-based environment.
