Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
6–10 years of experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure sector.
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, local authority procedures, and regulatory requirements.
PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
UAE experience is preferred.
