Lead surveyor
Requirements:

Civil Planning Engineer
Requirements:

UAE expertise in civil planning and scheduling of at least three years.

Knowledgeable in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

Chief Civil Planning Engineer
Requirements:

At least 7 years of UAE experience in major civilian projects

Building Manager
Requirements:

At least three years as a UAE Construction Manager

Demonstrable track record in hybrid projects or tall rise constructions

Manager of Projects
Requirements:

At least five years as a UAE construction Project Manager

Manage the whole project lifetime from design through to handoff.

Joinery Specialist, Quantity Surveyor

Prerequisites:

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE expertise in carpentry, internal fitout, or woodworking
• Excellent experience in subcontractor negotiation, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation
• Familiarity with Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) projects is welcomed.
