Key Requirements:

• Strong network of FM subcontractors (hard and soft services) in Central London.
• Excellent knowledge of UK building compliance and regulations.
• demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and internal staff.
• Client facing and excellent communication skills.

• MS Office proficient.
