Duties:

• Work with the Director Internal Audit to develop audit plans, programs and approaches.
• Manage audit resources and audit assignments.
• Draft audit programs, request lists, and testing plans (as well as other documents as required) that will ensure audits are effective and efficient.
• Complete the assignments included in the risk-based Internal Audit Plan and across hotels, corporate functions, shared services, restaurants, and other functions as required.
• Identify, assess and monitor business and financial risks through the design and implementation of effective controls.
• Review functions, processes and embedded controls for comprehensiveness, appropriateness and effectiveness; assess weaknesses and recommend remedial actions.
• Conduct the internal audit, execute control testing and prepare working papers and reports in accordance with DunRite and IIA standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must have a professional qualified certification: ACCA or CIA or CA.

3-4 Year Internal Audit experience with hands on style of work.

Hospitality industry experience is an advantage.

Arabic is preferred.
