Job Description:

– 12 years of experience in a similar role
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
– Experience in project management, process design & implementation and application architecture (certifications like PM P, Prince2, ITI L, TOGAF, etc. are a plus)
– Experience in post-production support and incident management
– Certifications/accreditations in IT is a plus
– Previous GCC experience is a plus
