The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in premium customer service, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to handle international customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a premium customer service role.
  • Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Experience handling international customers, is preferred.
  • Background in technology-based companies or global firms like Amazon is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using customer service tools, CRM systems, and live chat platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and customer-centric approach.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • Handle premium customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining service excellence.
  • Assist international customers, particularly from the US market, in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Keep customer records updated and document interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings to provide informed support.
