Assistant Manager of Human Resources Company:

Key MUST HAVE requirements:

Physician recruitment experience; three to five years of human resource experience in the UAE healthcare environment; deep understanding of DHA and MOH licensing requirements; and practicality in all aspects of medical professional recruitment, onboarding, and retention Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment process for doctors (specialist and general practitioners); work with department managers and licensing bodies throughout the process ensuring compliance; and support HR projects in place to meet the organization’s clinical staffing needs. Create and manage a talent pipeline for future expansion. Ensure regulatory compliance and assist wider HR operations.
