Regarding the Role:
Leading worldwide building materials firm Cemex is seeking a Cement Sales Administrative Assistant to help with its Dubai sales efforts. Reporting directly to the Cement Commercial Director, this position helps to guarantee seamless administrative support and efficient communication between internal teams and clients.
Chief Duties:
- Using SAP CRM, create customer quotations based on project site requirements and specifications.
- Using phone, email, or SMS, regulate delivery order intake and client communication.
- Prepare and control English export paperwork.
- Regarding OPC and GGBS test certificates, coordinate with the laboratory, sales team, and clients.
- Connect with the operations department for questions about jumbo bag cases.
- Support ISO compliance by monthly KPI report creation.
Create and keep several sales reports including:
- Monthly sales summaries
- Sales team performance analysis
- Web-led summaries
- rejected quotes research
- Make sure complaints and problems from clients are recorded and routed to the right sales staff for resolution.
